Refund Policy – School App Project ProposalImmediate Rejection (Same Day of Presentation Booking):
In the event that the Client formally rejects the Proposal for the School App Project on the very same calendar day as the scheduled Presentation Booking, the Company shall, subject to the Terms & Conditions herein and any applicable deductions, process a refund of up to a maximum of forty-five percent (45%) of the Total Booking Amount paid by the Client.
Rejection Within Fourteen (14) Days of Presentation Booking:
Should the Client elect to formally reject the Proposal for the School App Project at any time after the Presentation Booking but within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days therefrom, the Company shall, subject to the Terms & Conditions herein and any applicable deductions, process a refund of up to a maximum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Total Booking Amount paid by the Client.
Rejection After Fourteen (14) Days of Presentation Booking:
In the event that the Client formally rejects the Proposal for the School App Project subsequent to the expiration of fourteen (14) calendar days following the Presentation Booking, no refund whatsoever of the Booking Amount shall be payable or processed by the Company under any circumstances.
General Provisions:
All refunds, if any, shall be subject to the prevailing Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to verification of rejection intimation in writing, deduction of applicable taxes, processing fees, third-party charges, and any other statutory or contractual levies. The Company reserves the absolute right to interpret, amend, or waive any provision herein at its sole discretion. Terms & Conditions Applied.
